Life at Camp

At family camp you will be able to experience camp with the whole family. Enjoy time as a family, then take some time alone as our highly trained staff take care of entertaining your kids.

Pricing

Single Family: $400.00*

Additional Person: $50.00

*Based on a family of 4 people. If you would like to tent, you may bring your own. Tenting will provide you with a $50.00 discount. To receive the discount, please contact us. Taxes not included.

Arrival: June 20, 2025 @ 6:00 pm - 6:30 pm

Departure: June 22, 2025 @ 11:30 am - 12:00 pm

 FAQs

  • No, all meals and snacks are provided. You are welcome bring snacks but they must be kept in the lodge.

  • No, your assigned counselor will sleep separately in the staff dorm. A counselor is able to sleep in the cabin by request.

  • No, we do not put families together. The only time we do this if its requested.

  • We do not offer a lower rate for families of less than 4. The base rate is whether your a family of 4 or less.

  • Please contact our Executive Director to make arrangements.

  • Cheques can be made payable to “Camp Abegweit” and mailed to PO Box 632, Kensington, PEI, C0B 1M0

  • Payments via e-transfer can be sent to camp campabbypayment@gmail.com. Please put your child’s name in the notes.

  • Upon registration you can select to pay via credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX.

    Please note: A 2.4% Surcharge fee is applied to all applicable credit card transactions. If you would like to complete payment online, consider using eCheck.

  • When paying the registration fee, you will now have the option to pay via e-check. This "digital cheque" provides an easy alternative to Credit Cards. You will complete payment by utilizing the information on a blank cheque or direct deposit form. More information about this payment method will be posted to our website in the coming weeks and available during the registration payment process.
